Wise Words From Stupid Celebrities – that title sounds a little harsh.
For the record I don’t know, and have only ever met two of the people listed below, so I have no idea what they are really like as people.
What I do know, is they’ve all had a ton of success at what they do (or did).
I also know, they’ve all had some, uh, interesting moments in the spotlight.
Even though nobody on this list is really known for the wisdom they impart, they’ve had some things to say that are worth sharing.
So here are some wise words from stupid celebrities.
“If you have the opportunity to play this game of life you need to appreciate every moment. A lot of people don’t appreciate the moment until it’s passed.”
“I refuse to accept other people’s ideas of happiness for me. As if there’s a ‘one size fits all’ standard for happiness.”
“Would you believe in what you believe in if you were the only one who believed it?”
“Don’t let negativity affect your vision. A lot of people have said harsh things, but I don’t let it affect me. If anything it gives me more enthusiasm and pushes me to do better in my career so I can prove them wrong.”
“I don’t have regrets, there are only lessons. You learn from them, and you become a better person.”
“As long as we persevere and endure, we can get anything we want.”
“Everybody you fight is not your enemy, and everybody that helps you is not your friend.”
“The whole name of the game is never getting discouraged.”
“I always believe that to be the best, you have to smell like the best, dress like the best, act like the best. When you throw your trash in the garbage can, it has to be better than anybody else who ever threw trash in the garbage can.”
“The more time you spend contemplating what you should have done… you lose valuable time planning what you can and will do.”
“Trying to tear down the past prohibits you from building up your future.”
“You never know what the future holds or where life will take you.”
“No matter how long you’ve had a dream, it can still come true if you persevere.”
“Our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course we wouldn’t be who we are.”
“Everyone has highs and lows that they have to learn from, but every morning I start off with a good head on my shoulders, saying to myself, ‘It’s going to be a good day!’.”
“I’m telling you, people. Everyday we wake up is another blessing. Follow your dreams and don’t let anyone stop you. Never say never.”
“Two people can look at the same thing and see it differently.”
“There are gonna be times in life when people tell you that you can’t, that’s when you just gotta turn around and say watch me.”
“I like thinking big. If you’re going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big.”
“What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate.”
“I try to learn from the past, but I plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present. That’s were the fun is.”
“You wanna know what scares people? Success. When you don’t make moves and when you don’t climb up the ladder, everybody loves you because you’re not competition.”
“My advice to women in general: Even if you’re doing a nine-to-five job, treat yourself like a boss. Not arrogant, but be sure of what you want – and don’t allow people to run anything for you without your knowledge.”
“What you come to discover is, it isn’t how you get there, it’s that you get there. If that’s what it took to get me where I’m at today, so be it.”
“Uncertainty is a sign of humility, and humility is just the ability or the willingness to learn.”
“Life’s short. Anything could happen, and it usually does, so there is no point in sitting around thinking about all the ifs, ands and buts.”
“I fall in love every day. Not with people but with situations.”
“You have good days, you have bad days. But the main thing is to grow mentally.”
“A true champion can adapt to anything.”
“I come from a very rough background, and I’m saying that if you work hard and dedicate yourself that you can make it, too.”
